Donny Abbott leads our discussion this week on the subject of "Rest"

This week we continued our series How We Change: Practicing the Way of Jesus. Pastor Dary led us to explore rest as a spiritual practice. Are you good at rest? What does rest look like for you? Culturally we are living in a time when hustle and overdrive are celebrated. And culturally rest is really about getting 7-8 hours of sleep and having a good wind-down routine. I hope you have great conversations around this topic this week!

How about a nap? Does that sound good right now? haha Join us this weekend as we discover to practice of “Rest.” Yes… Rest! We are commanded by God to find ways to rest. Looking forward to seeing you online or live.
