Men's Ministry - Mentoring Coordinator

The coordinator will be asked to meet with both the mentor and the mentee, in order to get to know their personal likes and life experiences. Once the coordinator has an idea of personality traits, he will make a recommendation as far as pairing each with a compatible partner.
The time commitment for this position is three - four hours per week.
The volunteer for this position should have the desire and ability to get to know men without judgement. This person also needs to have a compassionate heart for men and their needs.
A background check is required for this position.
