Women's Fitness Class
Come join us for great exercise and fellowship! These workouts are appropriate for various fitness levels and drop ins are welcome. Mondays: Cardio/Strength, please bring a pair of hand weights and an exercise mat. Thursdays: Christian yoga alternative, please bring an exercise mat. A great opportunity to improve your fitness, meditate on God's Word, and meet new friends!No need to sign up, just meet us in the East Auditorium on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m..
