Women's Fitness Class

Come join us for great exercise and fellowship! These workouts are appropriate for various fitness levels and drop ins are welcome. Mondays: Cardio/Strength, please bring a pair of hand weights and an exercise mat. Thursdays: Christian yoga alternative, please bring an exercise mat. A great opportunity to improve your fitness, meditate on God's Word, and meet new friends!

No need to sign up, just meet us in the East Auditorium on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m..
