The College & Young Adult Pastor role at Timberline Church is an opportunity to launch and lead a growing ministry for college students and young adults in one of Colorado’s most vibrant college communities. The Administrative Assistant role will serve the Worship Pastor, Media Director, and Marketing Communications Director to administratively support a wide variety of needs across all three departments. This part-time role at Timberline Fort Collins will assist in organizing and executing administrative processes to help the flow and function of all three ministries.
The Windsor Childcare worker will provide safe, secure, nurturing, clean, and efficient care to our children. Ministry responsibilities include playing with the children or directing their play, reading to them, praying with children, exhibiting patience and love, and relating the events of the day to the lesson and theme in words the child can understand. The Worship Director is responsible for shepherding the worship team and the congregation in an authentic and vibrant expression of worship. Partnering alongside staff and volunteers, the Worship Director utilizes their experience, training, and passion to lead, disciple, and develop those entrusted to their care.
This role places a high priority on identifying, equipping, and mentoring leaders across generations and diverse backgrounds— cultivating both spiritual growth and practical skill development.
